hey @AquibKhann , you should propose this change under the UI/UX improvement issue where we can discuss this further and then we would incorporate it under the overall Ui revamp, hence closing this PR for now |

Description:
This pull request introduces a new footer to the EduAid platform to enhance the user interface and provide additional information and links.
Why this change is needed:
Enhances the overall UI by providing important information at the bottom of every page.
Offers easy access to essential links without cluttering the main content.
Improves user engagement by including social media links.
Changes made:
Added a responsive footer to the website layout.
Implemented social media icons with appropriate links.
How this can be tested:
Navigate to the bottom of any page on the EduAid platform.
Verify the presence of the footer.
Check that all links in the footer are working correctly and lead to the intended destinations.
