Feat:Progressive loader for processing folders #164

Describe the feature

We can make folders process asynchronously in backend and add a progress loader in frontend, so that if their is a folder with large amount of photos it just not keep showing loading on the screen for a long time which will enhance overall user experience

@Sauhard74 , I was solving other issues and thinking about an architecture change before implementing this, I'll get back to work for this after adding memories feature, till then if you want to try implementing it go ahead try it, I wont mind! If you get stuck somewhere ping me on discord anytime!
