Describe the feature

when someone hovers upon the media card component its has very bad effect which doesn't go well with the UI

SOLUTION
I can add a very SUTTLE animation on the card and can add a slight zoom in the image /video inside and very SUTTLE black effect will rise when hover which goes well with the UI
AND WHEN THE CARD WOULD GET HOVER IT WOULD SHOW IT PATH AS WELL
