The SQL dump from UofT will have bad Project.title's. All Projects with special characters are affected. One can deduce the list of titles to fix by going through the master-transcription csv files and pulling every title with a special character.

One must fix the titles in the SQL dump before uploading it. If the titles are not fixed, the /transcribe servlet runs into errors and will not work, which will be extremely problematic when it comes to "master" projects.
