Do you have an idea that you think would help make an organization or team more diverse or inclusive?

Do you have a great approach to hiring? A method of ensuring all team members are heard and feel safe contributing to the team?

Can you describe it in a way other people could follow to implement it in their own teams?

Awesome - put that under /ideas

You can use either .txt or markdown, whatever you prefer.
