This rule would warn the following case:

const mapDispatchToProps = dispatch => ({
  onDoSomething: () => dispatch(toSomethingElse()),
  action1: action1
});

while below two are correct:

const mapDispatchToProps = dispatch => ({
  onDoSomething: () => dispatch(toSomethingElse()),
  action1: () => dispatch(action1())
});

const mapDispatchToProps = {
  onDoSomething: doSomethingElse
  action1,
});
