We encountered a server downtime issue twice this week while accessing your API. Our system operates on Frappe/ERPNext version-13, and due to this issue, we are unable to create sales orders. The core framework relies on obtaining exchange rates for generating sales orders involving other countries' currencies.
Last week, this problem persisted throughout the day, preventing us from creating any sales orders. Could you please investigate the issue and offer an alternative solution for situations when we face the same problem?
Are you a supporting customer? Running an API costs money, and a high-availability one costs more money plus a bit more time an engineering. TANSTAFL and all that. If your sales are dependent on this free service I suggest asking to negotiate a SLA instead of complaining.
