It doesn't make much sense it is possible to change the region on sub views -- modify to disable changing the region on these views while maintaining navigating with the text box.

May require custom component / more exports from core to accomplish.

Alternatively just disable interacting with the textbox, but might be less user friendly to force nav with scroll.
