better docs for dyn net

I think that the doc about the models on dynamical networks is basically missing ...

It would be nice to have an overview of what one can do/ can happen in the network, before digging in the dynetx package you use in the example, for instance

A brief introduction to dynetx and what it allows to model is in the NDlib Jupyter notebook: indeed, it needs to be better shaped and integrated on the documentation.
