Option to filter excluding a category

Problem description

If a game has two categories assigned, although one of the two is not indicated, if the other is, it will appear in the list.
I think it would be a good idea to be able to check "exclude" in a category.
For example, exclude puzzle, and prevent any game from filtered out of this category even though it match others (horror, rpg...)

Feature description

In categories, it is now possible to choose only , it is requested that there be another option to exclude.
