Heroic launcher freezes few seconds after start then unfreezes after severak minutes

Describe the bug

The launcher starts and after few seconds seems to try to download galaxy common redistributables and becomes completely unresponsive

It then seems to complete the download and becomes a bit responsive but then starts processing the files and becomes unresponsive again.
Then it seems to again unfreeze
