Related to #586

Add the ability to add tokens for ticket numbers:
$r - Request Ticket (e.g. 'LINK-1234')
$l - Release Ticket (e.g. 'LINK-1234')

Check that release path is modular as part of this and that when generating a release it's less than MAX_PATH value (typically 260 characters)
