Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Support for IBM Cloud Pak for Data has been introduced on ROSA HCP. Compared to ROSA Classic, ROSA HCP is significantly more cost-effective, helping end users or customers reduce their AWS infrastructure expenses. It would be beneficial if ROSA HCP support were also available through the cp-deployer.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add support of AWS ROSA HCP in cp-deployer for IBM cloud pak for data.
