Crash on restore

Bug Description

I replaced my motherboard. Beforehand I created a backup. Changed motherboards, installed an empty version of Playnite, and then ran
playnite.desktopapp.exe --restorebackup "J:\Backups\PlayniteBackup-2024-11-20-19-38-40.zip"
It gives me a whoops, Somthing went wrong, unrecoverable error.

--restorebackup doesn't accept backup zip but json file with restore config: https://api.playnite.link/docs/manual/library/backup.html

If you want to restore backup file directly, use restore option from main menu.
