Could the special button be used to create a snapshot image by default when not in use by the program or cartridge that is loaded via Kung fu flash?
Hopefully a memory dump to a file would be all that’s needed?

It is a bit more involved than just dumping the memory. You need a reliable way to interrupt the running program, and you would also need to save the CPU state and the VIC and CIA registers.

I will label this as an enhancement
