RTL Mode

Hi,
For supporting RTL languages, how can I add something like RTL to the main.css or other CSS files so that when the language switches from English to any RTL language, the RTL CSS is loaded separately?

The individual language files have an entry at the top top set RTL. I know there are still some issues with that which will be addressed in our 4.0 release
