Choose a license for ltunify?

Hey, I'm thinking about offering a package of ltunify for Void Linux long term and IMHO it'll make sense if it was known what license ltunify is offered with :)

Hey Mihail, thank you for your interest! ltunify appears to be licensed under GPL3-or-later according to https://github.com/Lekensteyn/ltunify/blob/master/ltunify.c

I should probably add a COPYING file at some point 😅
