Dragging the horizontal splitter is biased toward the left

When dragging the horizontal splitter between the inspector and the viewport, there should be an equal amount of space removed from or added to the left and the right side. But instead, there is a left bias. So if you center image and drag the hsplitter around, it will no longer be centered.
