If you want to add it and would decide that you want to reuse (some of) my Sony 12 decoder then you may grab the code licensed by me from my irSony repository.
I'm hereby granting you permission to re-license IRSony.{h,cpp,ino,hs) files in irSony repository under the BSD license you use with IRLremote for the purposes of adding Sony support to IRLremote.
