Overview

Flex and OT2 are outstanding liquid handling systems designed for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflows. Their full automation capability significantly alleviates users from the burden of managing intricate and time-consuming experimental processes. The optimal scenario envisions operators being able to entrust the devices to perform tasks autonomously, allowing them to focus on other critical tasks.

A crucial feature to enhance user experience is the ability to promptly notify operators of any errors that occur during the run. Implementing an email alert system for such notifications is highly recommended to ensure that operators are always informed of the device's status.

Is the integration of this email alert feature something that could be anticipated in the near future?
