is there any plan on enabling/integrating with auto-add new file in unreal settings?

The use case is explained below :

  1. every time user renamed/moved files they will prompt to check out said files
  2. after checking out the old file path new file with new path are made / added.
  3. these new file are not automatically added to source control
  4. it raises confusion to our workflow as moved file aren't automatically added and only count as deletion if new file not mark for add
