Make direct stage starter species more viable (with oxygen missing initially) #5797

As the default generated species when skipping to a specific stage were made a while ago they have mitochondria which are not very useful so now when debugging and skipping to a stage you end up with a non-viable cell, which is not very good for testing.

I'm marking this as a high priority issue as this impacts other development ease.
