[Bug]: Keyboard shortcut changes do not persist

Expected Behavior

After reopening the app. I expect my keyboard shortcut changes to be as I had changed them.

Specifically, I've reset playback speed to Backspace instead of default '#'.

Actual Behavior

The keyboard shortcut has gone back to defaults.
