SEN66 returns 65535 for first data read, better to skip first value than mess up all the graphs #678

First value after poweron is 65535 for CO2 and other metrics on the SEN6x family.

This devastates the graphs as the normal values are less than 3k (400-2000 approx) so the y-axis scale is blown up.
