Is there an existing issue for this?

Summary

At the moment, to add users to any given workspace, you have to "invite" them to it. This does not take into consideration the existing users. It would be helpful to get a drop down of existing users as you type their usernames and if they don't exist, the ability to send an invitation

Why should this be worked on?

This should be worked on because otherwise, it is cumbersome and confusing when it comes to adding existing users to the workspaces
