add collection of examples project

Much better tutorials, details of how to sync/async: wait for users, wait for MQTT connection, threading model in Unity.
We really need a docs pages that lists an image of how to do create/work with arena-unity, that then points to a simple example scripts that all can be turned off by default but at least shows it.
