Question: How is naming conflict handled in flatten? #4

If there are conflicting notebook names in different folders but they clash when the "flatten" option is used, how will it be handled?

Right now it probably overwrites, but it should probably raise an error!

I was thinking appending number or something to the names, but error works too. Thanks!

p.s. This package looks awesome.
