How to generate data to fine-tune your model

Hello, first I want to thank you for this great work.

I am trying to generate a new dataset and use it to fine-tune your at16k-t2t model.
So I was wondering how do you generate your data, is there any specific flags?
Because I've tried to create a librispeech based dataset and use it to fine-tune your weights but it doesn't work.
