Overall more accessible and concise feedback messages.

Successful Submit or Vote should:

be clearly distinct from each other
be displayed nicely, readable and concise
be quick distinguishable from error messages

Failed attempts should:

be easier to understand
be displayed nicely, readable and concise
prompt a solution/alternative/correction proposal

It should be applicable for future features as well.
