First off, thank you for creating this awesome library, it's a life saver!

I just noticed that the man shrugging emoji with a fitzpatrick type (i.e. 1f937-1f3fb-2642) is incorrectly parsed as two separate emoji (1f937-1f3fb and 2642), so it shows up as a woman shrugging with the male sign next to it.

Of course there are other examples, here's another:
Woman juggling (i.e. 1f939-1f3fd-2640) shows up as a man juggling with the female sign next to it.
