Make Bios work like other text content

Describe the Feature

Other than text in pictures (which can be OCR'd by bots), profile bios are probably the least accessible text on the site at the moment. Bios are just display text. They don't have an associated ... button to open a "bio options menu", so the text does not have buttons for:

• copying text
• translating text
• reporting content of bio (maybe unnecessary)

On Android (maybe all mobile devices), this text can't be selected, so copying and translating this text is actually impossible without retyping.

This causes big issues for me, as someone who interacts in many languages using the translation features. I find an interesting post in any language, I can translate it. Alt text, I can translate it. Check the user profile who posted it and... I can't translate their bio.

I would love if this text could be selected on mobile, similar to how post text and alt text can be.
I would love even more if the bio received its own full options menu.

Describe Alternatives

These options could be added to the Profile options menu, but that seems clunky and inelegant. Perhaps as a temporary measure?

I think at the very least making the bio text selectable would solve most issues. Both iOS and Android offer the option to translate text after a long press
