[Bug]: Shortcuts to executables added to Steam bottles are not saved

Describe the bug

Shortcuts added to Steam Proton Prefixes are not saved.

To Reproduce

1. Enable Steam Proton Prefixes
2. Add a shortcut in one of the prefixes to another executable
3. Close Bottles
4. Open Bottles
5. Observe the shortcut has disappeared
