Inconsistent copyright attribution in license

During the contributors meeting we observed that the copyright attribution in the various license files is inconsistent between projects and between reality.

I would suggest using "Cucumber Ltd and Contributors".

As part of SmartBear, I have to suggest to also put "SmartBear" in the copyright. I am pretty sure we will have to, in addition or in replacement of the "Cucumber Ltd" one.

However, I would encourage putting the contributors first.

Maybe we may also consider having an explicit list of contributors, in a dedicated file (CONTRIBUTORS.md?) listing all contributors - even people who have contributed a single time - to the code? Git would then help to associate contributors to line of codes if this would be required later.

I'd consider that another issue that can be resolved separately from or after this one.
