Idea: Add stats and trends to DataHub.io

Description

Wouldn't it be great if DataHub.io had a Statistics & Insights section to showcase its activity and reach? Something that gives visitors a quick snapshot of how the platform is being used, what’s trending, and where the data is making an impact. We're not there yet (maybe) but wanted to capture it in the backlog).

What this could include:

• How much data is out there? A simple counter showing the number of datasets and data publications
• Which datasets are the hottest? A list of the most downloaded datasets
• Who’s using the data? A map or breakdown of the countries accessing DataHub.io
• If we add a search: What are people searching for? A word cloud of the most popular search terms

The goal is to make DataHub.io feel more alive and dynamic, helping users discover interesting datasets + showing the platform’s value at a glance.
