功能请求：为允许跨屏移动添加快捷键
在主要屏幕上进行工作大部分时候都需要保持禁止跨屏移动，方便盲甩光标，偶尔有需要移动的需求

  • 😐允许跨屏移动设置添加一个快捷键用于控制开关，
  • 😀或者为按下并保持按下时临时反转允许跨屏移动设置

根据设计用途，在需要跨屏幕切换时，应当优先使用切屏快捷键。
但此建议确实有被采纳的价值，在保持对整体架构修改最少的前提下，可能会采用使用快捷键开关是否允许跨屏移动的方案。
会抽空增加此功能。

保持按下时暂时解锁跨屏看起来也挺有意思的。因为方案一改动较少，应该会优先推进方案一，保持按下这个方案后面应该也会做上去。

9d158ab测试性的增添了使用快捷键开关是否允许跨屏移动的功能，设置里叫穿越锁。
