[Issue] How enable blur for all apps?

How enable blur for all apps?
Blur does not work on some applications, including zed editor

In .config/hypr/hyprland/rules.conf there should be a line at the top, noblur or similar, comment it out by adding a hashtag. There's also another line which forces transparency after it
