Atom properties missing on initial load in Macro mode and incorrect hydrogen rendering on mode switch

Description:
When opening a saved file in KET or MOL V3000 format directly in Macro mode, the atom properties are not displayed. However, if the switches to Micro mode and then back to Macro mode, the atom properties appear. Additionally, switching to Micro mode causes hydrogens to disappear, leaving only carbon atoms visible.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open saved file in Macro mode KET and MOL V3000.zip
2. Observe the absence of atom properties.
3. Switch to Micro mode and observe the disappearance of hydrogens, leaving only carbons.
4. Switch back to Macro mode and observe the reappearance of atom properties.

Actual behavior
Atom properties are missing upon the first load in Macro mode.
Hydrogens disappear when switching to Micro mode, showing only carbon atoms.
Switching back to Macro mode restores atom properties but does not address the initial loading issue.

Expected behavior
Atom properties should display correctly upon opening the file in Macro mode.
Hydrogens should remain visible in both Micro and Macro modes during transitions.
