I'm not sure if everyone will have time to familiarize with it before today's call, but I'd like to quickly showcase the doc and ask to prepare for discussion in 2 weeks.

Cannot join the meeting today but have some update on Solidity EOF support state.
We have implemented all required features to make compilation to EOF possible. It can be now used to compile solidity contracts to EOF. There are a couple of PRs still to be merged but there are only tests enabling and updating. I can confirm that all solidity tests pass.

Still a lot of minor things remain to be implemented. Everything listed here

The most important IMO is to re-enable optimizations for EOF which removes code size regression.

It shows Berlin for the summer time and we missed the meeting because of this. We'll follow the Protocol Call calendar anyway, but it can cause future confusion.
