For aarch64 platform, I have built " googletest " from source.
Following STEPS (https://github.com/google/googletest/blob/main/googletest/README.md) were used for the building and installation:
sudo apt update sudo apt install build-essential cmake git wget –y git clone https://github.com/google/googletest.git && cd googletest git checkout release-1.11.0 mkdir build cd build cmake .. sudo make install apt show googletest
To validate that the build was successful we ran version Check. The version info returned matched the expected value(s).
apt show googletest
Package: googletest
Version: 1.11.0-3
