Zero(ish) Config?

I think I'll leave the config file and let people publish it if they want, but I won't (at last for now) document that. Here's what I might do instead since this package is basically meant to be installed, run once, and then discarded. I'll add a --default switch that will just use the default configuration. If that isn't used, then the first set of questions will be about whether or not each component type should be created and where. I'll then set the configuration based on those answers, overriding where different the values from the config.php file.
