Describe the bug
The toolbar over the keyboard is not presented from SwiftUI views on iOS 18.1. Please check the attached demo project. I checked on both the iOS 18.1 simulator and the device. The same project works correctly on the iOS 17.5 simulator. There, the toolbar is visible.
The issue is reproducible only for SwiftUI views. For UIKit, everything works as expected.

I tested SwiftUI view in Demo project both with versions 7.2.0 and 8.0.0.
7.2.0 version can display the toolbar, but 8.0.0 version cannot.
