Suggestion/Idea for the Sequenced Pulse Generator

For the "Wait until input changes" instruction, i feel it would be a lot nicer if instead of the Target state,there was a Target Signal Strength,so the sequenced pulse generator does not proceed until the input,for example,becomes the strength 12.
Would allow contraptions to be slightly faster,and more compact due to not needing to create one of these monstrosities
