Noticed on a few services recently but seems to be an iOS bug rather than code-related.
When navigating from one page to another, especially noticeable when submitting forms the VO focus remains in the general location of the submit button. This means the user is dropped part-way down the page on the subsequent page.

Seems similar to the old skip-link bug.
