Checklist

  • I have updated to the latest available Home Assistant version.
  • I have cleared the cache of my browser.
  • I have tried a different browser to see if it is related to my browser.
  • I have tried reproducing the issue in safe mode to rule out problems with unsupported custom resources.

Describe the issue you are experiencing

I noticed that for multiselect dropdowns in a dialog the dropdown list gets cut off by the dialog. This limits the amount of shown items to only 1 or 2 (depending on where the dropdown is) and the top or down (depending on direction the list expands to) items are unselectable because cut off outside the dialog.

An example from the Hue configure dialog

Another example from another (custom) integration:

(note that here a scrollbar got added to the dialog when opening the dropdown)

It wasn't like that before, but can't really tell when it changed because I don't visit those dialogs often.
Normal select dropdown lists seem fine, it seems to be just the multiselect ones.

Describe the behavior you expected

Dropdown list showing more items/expanding out of the dialog like it was before.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Description for Hue integration, but opening any dialog with a multiselect dropdown when the list does not fit the dialog should work.

  1. Make sure Hue integration is setup with some devices
  2. Press "Configure"
  3. Expand the selection box, only shows 1 items like in the screenshot
