I don't know, I started using Hyprland only recently

Description

no sub-menu, context menu or pop-up works properly. it doesn't recognize the cursor position and has display artifacts.

similar to #8924. except Telegram is not running under Xwayland.

Enabling Advanced->Experimental Settings->Enable Precise High DPI Scaling in the Telegram settings fixes the issue. However, the images/icons and other resources get blurry.

The issue also doesn't occur with Sway.

How to reproduce

1. Install Telegram Flatpak
2. Launch
3. Try using any message action with the right-click menu
