I don't know, I started using Hyprland only recently

Took my Trackpad id from Hyperctl devices and pasted into the nano ~/.config/hypr/userprefs.conf but it did not change my sensitivitiy.

Can you try setting the touchpad settings without a device identifier?
For instance, in my setup: input { touchpad { scroll_factor = 0.1 clickfinger_behavior = true disable_while_typing = false tap-and-drag = true natural_scroll = true } ... }
