Shape of output varies with thread number in gillespie_ssa #5

When using the function gillespie_ssa(), the output shape varies depending on how many threads one uses. I think the output that is given for multiple threads is the intended shape.

I can give a full code example if needed. Note that the population in this context is a single state.
