（功能建议） 添加 tcp/http/https监控

现在用的安卓应用去监控网站和端口可用性，但是在VPN 启动下 会有接口异常。

作者能否考虑在您这个主机监控的应用中 单独加一个tab去配置和监控

• tcp端口
• http 返回码
• https 返回码和证书到期时间。
