Just to clearify the last sentence: Requesting that the push-to-talk vs voice-activation setting be part of the profiles as well, since push-to-talk is nice with speakers but not always needed with a headset.

It's a good idea, but I don't think it will happen for the 1.3.0 release.

It is these sort of usability features we need in order to make it easier for people to have a properly configured client, even when they switch headphones and other devices.

That is okay. Just wanted this to be in the suggestion box if you guys thought it was a good idea.

I think maybe this functionality belongs in the advanced section, to prevent confusion for new users.

I was trying to find a keyboard shortcut for changing audio input device, found an issue that was closed as duplicate, but couldn't find the original issue anywhere.

This would be very useful if I can toggle between audio profiles with a keyboard shortcut, so I can switch audio inputs / outputs easily when I switch to a headset.

I would like to support this feature request with Bountysource (#1477)

This would be really nice for streamers/recorders where sometimes you change the output/input to virtual audio cables. Also would be nice for all settings (settings profiles) as sometimes I'm using PTT (when playing games that require mouse/keyboard with friends) and some other times I would love to have open mic/threshold detection when playing multiplayer games with a controller. Having to always switch settings manually is not that complicated but still, it would be a nice feature to have.
