Feature: Contribution metadata in repo issues

Current behavior

Right now each repository one wants to contribute to is created as an issue in the personal repository.
The issue body is empty.

Desired solution

I'd love to add some more information to the repository referenced by the issue.

Such as:

• Link to original repository
• Short description of repository
• number of issues/prs/comments
• first and last contribution date
• list of (merged) pull requests or issues
  • disadvantage / heads up: this will create irrelevant references to the PRs or issues. so this should probably only be done when the goals-template repo is private.

Not sure if this feature is useful for the open-sauced app itself. I'd just love to use open-sauce to keep an updated list of my contributions easily available to look up, since GitHub does not really provide a great list of contributions.

I forked the action to try this on my goals repo: https://github.com/saitho/open-sauced-goals/issues/1

So far I like it. I could extend that to set labels depending on the number of contributions to highlight repos that have been contributed to heavily in issue list.

Is this feature in line with open-sauced's general vision? :D

Hey @saitho, thanks for this issue and for showing it off in your repo. This is an interesting approach and I had a chat with a few others while I was on Twitch.

Some initial open-ended thoughts:

1. We have a template system. Curious if we should implement this structure as templates that get auto-updated
2. The number of folks creating notes on open sauced is low, this is an opportunity to revive this feature. With that knowledge, should we update these notes feature to instead be focused on stats?
